SAWAMURA ONE’UP SHAD 5 INCH

Widely used for targeting bass and zander, the One Up Shad 5 is mainly rigged on a jig head for straight or vertical retrieves.

It can also be used weightless when targeting pike. Like the smaller and larger One Up Shad sizes, the 5'' stands out for its ability to handle a very wide range of retrieval speeds.

The One Up Shad 5 features a strong attractant (Trump) that often triggers strikes and prolongs the time predators hold it in their mouth before spitting it out. Rigging advice: pair it with jig heads fitted with 4/0 or 5/0 hooks. For Texas rigs, favor size 4/0 hooks with wide-gap shapes.
